Free Train

This project was for an external sportswear client, Free Train, with a focus on trail running. The concept was inspired by the cliffside paths near my home, which naturally aligned with the rugged and dynamic nature of trail running. This led me to explore topographic maps and the intricate patterns formed by contour lines, which became central to my design.

I experimented with various embossing techniques, layered textures, and hand-dyeing methods to achieve a cohesive, textured look that captured the essence of trail landscapes. The project was well received, with the client commending my design concepts, cohesive garment sets, and presentation boards. Ultimately, I was awarded second place for my garment construction.
